Shipping to the Continental United States, Alaska and Canada.

All orders are boxed and wrapped in plain packaging for discreet arrival at your chosen destination, with no company name displayed on the outside and no mention of what's inside, just a return address (in case the carrier needs to return the package).

Shipping charges are based on the total value of your order, so you can add as many items as you like to your order and you'll only pay the one price as listed below.*

USA Standard Flat-Rate Shipping

*Oversized Items: Please Note that particularly large or heavy items may cost extra to ship and therefore additional charges that are not calculated in the online transaction may apply. Any additional balance due to cover the correct cost of shipping, may either be debited from your card, or an additional shipping invoice may be sent to your email address for payment.

Canada Standard Flat-Rate Shipping

Please Note: We cannot ship to a PO Box address within Canada as the carriers no longer offer that service, you will therefore need to provide us with a physical residential address.

Please Also Note: Due to recent changes in carrier policies, we have had no choice but to raise the shipping charges for deliveries to Canada. The table below shows estimated charges at discounted rates for our customers. If we are able to ship for less than the estimated charge, we will refund the difference back to you, if however, the correct charge turns out to be higher than the estimate, we may either debit the balance due from your card, or send an invoice to your email address for payment.

Sometimes we just don't want to wait and so if you're in a hurry to get your goodies home, we also offer the option of Two Day Shipping (for Continental USA). Please Note that Two Day shipping is not usually available for delivery to PO Boxes and oversized items are also unlikely to be able to be shipped to PO Boxes.

Please Note: The figures in the table below are basic estimated charges that may not reflect the full amount required to ship your order. If an additional charge is required to ship your order, the balance due may either be debited from your card, or an additional invoice may be sent to your email address for payment.

International Customers Please Note: Ordering directly through this website is for customers based in the Continental USA, Alaska & Canada only. For all other customers, we are currently developing a separate form for you to place your order, which will be introduced when we switch over to the new design. In the meantime, you may use our 'Contact Us' form. Just provide us with a list of the item/s you would like to order and include your shipping address details. We'll then send you an invoice quote to your email address through PayPal, which will enable you to make payment with either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal funds. Once we receive payment confirmation, we'll get your items on the way to you and provide order confirmation and shipping details via email updates.

At the moment we do not ship to APO Boxes.

We usually employ USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship your order, however, if we find a way to get your goodies to you quicker, we may use a different carrier at our discretion. If you have any issues with USPS delivering to you, for instance, if they do not serve your address, please be sure to make us aware of this at the time you place your order.

*Orders usually begin to process immediately on business days and generally ship same day or first available business day, however, please allow up to *24-48 hrs (business days) for processing, Thank You.

*Please Note: Processing your order may take longer than stated if we are, or have been, awaiting your response to any issues requiring confirmation prior to shipping. Processing may also take longer than stated if we are experiencing particularly high order volumes during busy periods and will be processed as quickly as possible.

**International Customers (Including Canada) Please Note;

For orders shipped outside of the US: All import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that customs officials of any country are authorized to, and sometimes do open packages for inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed, confiscated or seized by foreign customs or governments.

Please be aware that we will not issue refunds/credits for seized items that are not returned to us.

Contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them.

Customs duties may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Our customers tell us that fees are not collected consistently on small parcels.

Also, we legally have to include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but generic, not-sexually-related descriptions. For example, rubber plug, leather bracelets, jewelry, etc.
