In your Customer Profile you'll now find a new tab entitled 'Points' which will help you keep track of the points you have and the points you earn and spend.
There are various ways in which you can earn these bonus points;
1. Placing An Order.
2. Rating & Reviewing Products.
3. Referring A Friend.
4. Special Offers.
The choice is yours on how you spend your bonus too;
1. You can spend your points 'as you go' - meaning that if you have points in your account you can choose to use them to gain an additional discount when you place an order.
Or
2. You can save up your points and spend them later for a larger discount or perhaps to buy products entirely with your reward!
It's that simple.
Of course, we've had to put some kind of rules in place to govern the amount of points each action will earn and how often those actions can be repeated. These restrictions are subject to change at our discretion so look out for Double Point Days etc and you can always check back here to find out the latest updates.
1. Placing An Order - Will earn 25 points - Your points will be credited when your order status is 'Delivered' - Current Limit - 2 orders per day.
2. Rating & Reviewing Products - Will earn 5 points for Rating and 10 points for Review - Reviews are subject to manual approval for content (checked for offensive comments etc). - Current Limit - 10 Ratings and 10 Reviews every 30 days.
3. Referring A Friend (send to friend) - Will earn 50 points - Your points will be credited when your referred customer's order status is 'Delivered'. - Current Limit - 5 referrals every 30 days.
4. Special Offers - The current special offer is that you will earn 250 reward points for orders of $500.00 or more. - Your points will be credited when your order status is 'Delivered'.
Additional Info;
If you have points in your account and you add items to your cart, you will see that your points will be applied as a discount to your order. On the next stage of checkout you will be able to choose whether you would like to spend your points or save them for another time (simply uncheck the box above 'payment method').
