Due to some recent work related to our upcoming new design and systems upgrade, we have recently unfortunately experienced a number of technical issues.
These issues are either now fully resolved or are being worked on by our technicians.
Communications were affected for a number of days but have now been fully restored, so please bear with us while we catch up on all outstanding emails.
Some customers who have recently registered with us, may be experiencing issues with logging back in - this is due to a partial data loss issue and may require that you re-register.
There has also been some partial data loss affecting some recent orders - any such orders affected are being dealt with manually and are being processed as quickly as possible, so again we sincerely ask that you please bear with us while we work to catch up.
We'd like to express our sincere apologies to all of our customers for any inconvenience or concerns these issues have caused and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we work as quickly as possible to get back on track.
